FAQ’s

Repairs & Service

Q: What if the machine stops working?

A: First, check that the machine is plugged in and has power. If it still doesn’t work, contact us.

Q: How often should machines be serviced?

A: Preventive maintenance is usually done every 6–12 months.

Moving Machines

Q: Can I move a vending machine myself?

A: We don’t recommend it—machines weigh 400–900 lbs. Our team has the right equipment to move them safely.

Q: Do I need to unplug before moving?

A: Yes. Machines should be unplugged at least 24 hours before moving to protect the cooling system.

Q: Does the machine need to be empty before moving?

A: Yes. For safety and to prevent damage, all products must be removed before we move the machine.

Q: Is there an extra fee for stairs?

A: Yes. Moving a machine up or down stairs is $75 per step

Lost Keys

Q: I lost my vending machine key—what now?

A: If the lock has a code, we can order a replacement key. If not, we can replace the lock.

Q: Can I get one key for all my machines?

A: Yes! We can install locks that are all keyed alike for convenience.

Cooling & Compressors

Q: Why isn’t my machine getting cold?

A: Common causes are dirty coils, blocked airflow, or compressor problems. Give us a call to diagnose.

Q: Can the compressor be fixed?

A: Sometimes. If it’s a fan or start relay, repair is possible. If the compressor is burnt out, it usually needs replacement.

Q: Is fixing the compressor just adding Freon?

A: No. Compressor repair is much more than Freon. If the compressor is weak, burnt out, or locked up, it usually requires part replacement or a full swap. Freon is only added after repairs are made and leaks are fixed.
